Design & Consultation

We create NABH-compliant OT designs, focusing on workflow, space optimization, and safety regulations.

Construction & Installation

Precision installation of modular walls, ceilings, anti-static flooring, and hermetically sealed doors.

HVAC & Air Filtration

Installation of dedicated AHUs with HEPA filters to ensure ultra-clean, sterile air as per ISO standards.

Validation & Testing

Comprehensive testing of air quality, particle count, and pressure to certify the OT for surgical use.

01. Plan & Design

NABH-Compliant Design & Consultation

A successful OT project starts with a meticulous design. Our experts collaborate with your team to create a comprehensive plan that aligns with NABH guidelines and optimizes your surgical workflow for maximum efficiency and safety.

  • Classification: Designing for Type A (Super-Speciality) and Type B (General) OTs as per NABH.
  • Layout Planning: Ensuring clear segregation between clean/dirty areas to minimize infection risk.
  • 3D Visualization: Providing detailed 3D models for a clear preview of the final layout.
  • Compliance Check: Ensuring every aspect, from air-conditioning to material selection, meets regulatory standards.

02. Build & Install

Precision Engineered Construction

We use high-quality, pre-fabricated materials to ensure a superior standard of finish and durability. Our installation process is fast, clean, and minimizes disruption to your hospital's operations.

  • Wall & Ceiling Panels: Offering a range of options including PUF, HPL, and SS-304 panels with anti-microbial properties.
  • Flooring: Installing seamless, anti-static Epoxy or Vinyl flooring that is durable and easy to clean.
  • Airtight Sealing: Using food-grade silicone sealants and coving to create a perfectly airtight environment.
  • Doors & Windows: Installing hermetically sealed doors and radiation-safe windows for complete safety.

03. Purify & Control

Advanced HVAC & Air Filtration

The sterility of an OT is defined by its air quality. We engineer and install dedicated HVAC systems that meet and exceed ISO-14644 standards, ensuring an ultra-clean environment for critical surgeries.

  • Air Handling Unit (AHU): Installing dedicated, recirculatory AHUs with multi-stage filtration (G4, F7, H13/H14).
  • Laminar Air Flow (LAF): Ensuring unidirectional, downward airflow (90 FPM) over the OT table through ceiling-mounted HEPA filters.
  • Positive Pressure: Maintaining a minimum of 7.5 Pascals of positive pressure to prevent cross-contamination.
  • Air Changes: Achieving >20 Air Changes per Hour to ensure constant air purity.

04. Certify & Validate

Validation, Testing & Documentation

An OT is not complete until it is certified. We conduct a comprehensive battery of tests to validate that the entire system performs as per NABH and ISO guidelines, providing you with complete documentation for your records.

  • Airborne Particle Count: Verifying the OT meets ISO Class 5 standards at rest.
  • Filter Integrity Test (PAO Test): Ensuring HEPA filters are functioning with >99.97% efficiency.
  • Pressure Differential Test: Confirming correct pressure levels against adjoining areas.
  • Six-Monthly Re-validation: Offering scheduled validation checks to maintain long-term compliance and sterility.
